What types of seizures does Neureka Sleep detect?

While Neureka Sleep does not detect seizures, it will detect and instantly alert for critical health changes, including heart rate and blood oxygen level, during sleep. You can then review these alerts with your epilepsy doctor, general health practitioner, or healthcare team for additional follow-up.

Is your monitor FDA-cleared?

Yes, our wrist pulse oximeter is FDA-cleared and indicated for measuring functional oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate.

What comes included with my purchase?

All the hardware you need to monitor your sleep is shipped straight to your door, and is ready right out of the box! Your kit includes a comfortable sleep monitor, a bedside tablet, carrying case, and charging cables.

How old do you have to be to use Neureka Sleep?

Neureka Sleep works for everyone ages 5 and up.

Do I need to download the Neureka app on my phone?

The Neureka epilepsy app is optional and free. The mobile app lets you get medication reminders, and conveniently stream and view your Neureka Sleep data onto any phone, anywhere.

Can I monitor a loved one in real time from anywhere, like another room or separate household?

Yes! By downloading the Neureka app on your personal smartphone, you can view your loved one's data in real time from any phone, anywhere.

How will I get sleep alerts?

You get to choose. Instant alerts can be received on your personal phone by text message or call. You can also receive alert notifications and audible alarms directly on your Neureka Sleep bedside tablet.

Can I customize my sleep alert settings?

Yes! You're in control of your sleep alert settings. You can customize the health metrics thresholds–like blood oxygen and heart rate levels–that send alerts.

Can multiple caregivers receive alerts?

Yes, you can add as many caregivers as you'd like to receive alerts and your health reports.

How does medication support work?

You can easily set up your epilepsy medications and dosing schedule onto your Neureka app. This lets you get medication reminders as in-app notifications, so you never miss a dose.

Can I share my Neureka Sleep health reports with my doctor?

Yes, you can easily download all your health data as a shareable PDF.

How do I get customer support?

Is Neureka Sleep FSA & HSA-eligible?

Yes, depending on your plan and provider! Reach out to your FSA/HSA provider to request information on using your funds for an epilepsy monitor. They will guide you through the process, including if you're required to submit a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN), written and signed by your doctor. What is your return policy?
